Rays Power Infra Pvt. Ltd has commissioned the 78 MW solar project in Tehsil-Bhagwanpur in the Roorkee District of Uttarakhand. The company was awarded the turnkey contract by Uttaranchal Renewable Energy Development Agency in mid 2015. The company had adopted a unique model of leasing land from farmers and providing them an assured return of rent for over a period of 25 years.
